The journey begins at 6:00. During the session each group will prepare a multi-course meal denoting the flavors of the region. By approximately 9:00 the group will be savoring the flavor of their creations supported by a sampling of appropriate wines (must be over 21). |

Sojourns in Tasting is an excellent opportunity for the culinary hobbyist to practice his/her skills alongside a professional chef instructor. Everyone participates in the meal production without regard to skill level. Advance reservations are required and space is limited. The cost is per person and includes a professional chef’s coat.
