Orange Bread

Ingredients
1    tablespoon   yeast
3    cups         bread flour
1/4  cup          sugar
1    teaspoon     salt
1                  egg
2    tablespoon   grated orange rind
1    cup          orange juice
1/4  cup          hot water

Place yeast in bottom of mixing bowl, add other ingredients in order listed.  Knead with dough hook on second speed for 10 minuets.
Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl.  Cover and place in warm spot or proof box. Let the dough rise until doubled, approximately 1 hour.
Punch down the dough.  Let it rest a few minutes to allow the gluten to relax.
Portion into large loaf pan and let rise until doubled.
Place in 375 pre-heated oven and bake until done - approx. 30 minutes for small loaves / 50 minutes for large.  Finished loaf will have a hollow sound when tapped.
